Project in construction, which received 1st place in the competition for an ecological multi-family housing at Kosmiczna Street in Katowice, organized by SARP Katowice in 2021. The estate has a number of environmentally friendly solutions – it is heated exclusively using ground and air heat pumps, uses rainwater in the water supply system and small retention in the form of above-ground reservior and rain gardens. It has a large green and recreation zone for residents, and road traffic has been reduced to a minimum – most parking spaces are located underground. Low intensity and building proportions create a comfortable space for living. In 2024, project has received the “Green Building” pre-certificate from the Polish Green Building Council.
