The investor asked us to design a catering pavilion next to the existing restaurant building, located in the picturesque area of ​​water reservoirs, which are part of the reclaimed areas of the former opencast gravel mine. The catering pavilion was to be located directly by the water, near the walking path. The triangular shape of the investment area and the formation of the landscape played a leading role in the design process. A triangular facility was created, consisting of a roof on a light steel structure with a closed box, housing kitchen, social and sanitary facilities for the catering pavilion. An additional element of the concept, which the investor did not foresee, was a viewing terrace, thanks to which visitors to the area could admire the area from a completely different perspective.
