Concept for multi-family housing in the competition organized by SARP Szczecin on behalf of Stargardzkie TBS Sp. z o.o. The investment area is located in a developing district, where many residental buildings are currently being built or are planned. The project assumed dividing the spacious area with a characteristic triangular shape into three zones with several types of buildings. From the side of Heleny Żybułtowska Street, opposite the newly built apartment blocks, we decided to propose a strip of low-rise buildings with services on the ground floor and with characteristic passages leading to the interior of the estate. This strip was to create a road frontage and to separate the interior of the estate with greenery and a recreational zone from the hustle and bustle of the street. The central part is a zone of “scattered” residential high-rise buildings, surrounded by greenery. There are also playgrounds and recreational areas for residents. There is only pedestrian communication around the buildings, the road for cars has been reduced to one lane, leading to a multi-level car park, located in the last zone of the estate – the corner. This was the most optimal place, due to the close proximity to the railway area. The entire development is low and intimate, which is to enhance the comfort of living in this place.
