A concept that won a special mention in a competition organized by the Ministry of Development and Technology for a model, single-family residential building with reduced energy consumption. In the competition, in the category of a single-family house with approx. 90m2 of usable area, a compact arrangement of two overlapping simple shapes was proposed, with a clear division into day and night zones, with a roof over the entrance, acting as a storage room for bicycles, garden equipment, etc. The day zone opens onto a large terrace, set in the garden.
