The comprehensive project, commissioned by NAT Sp. z o.o. in the tender procedure, consisted of performing several tasks in two stages. The first task was to design renovation works related to the finishing and interior fittings of two buildings with accommodation rooms and to renovate and thermally modernize the elevation and roof of these buildings. The second task was a project for the comprehensive reconstruction, extension and change of use of part of the building, constituting the reception and dining room for guests with catering facilities. The needs of the Investor were specific – the center needs more space for guests. The first floor of this building, once a recreation room and a gymnasium, which have not been used for many years, was redesigned for holiday apartments with spacious terraces were run there. In turn, the ground floor, due to the current requirements related to current legal regulations, gained an enlarged catering facility, a lift and an orangery, constituting an enlargement of the dining room. In addition, the entire development of the area was designed, together with the accompanying greenery and external installations.
